Bug Description
When migrating a volume, OpenStack changes a volume associated with a
UUID to another volume.
Since the StorPool driver currently uses the Cinder volume UUID to form
the name of the underlying storage volume, and since the StorPool
os-brick driver currently uses the original volume name (and not e.g. a
StorPool "global ID" volume attribute) to track attachments, it is
possible for a live VM to retain an attachment to the wrong Cinder
volume after a migration completes without errors.
