Bug Description
I'm currently using Cinder as a storage pool for openstack, so far it's working fine, but comparing cinder get-pools --detail (free_capacity_gb) with a running VM shows that the disk space is preemptible (vm actual disk usage much less)
How to configure Cinder to use as much as possible, and now it will be gone when it is allocated
