Wrong value in override_config in test_get_volume_filter_options_using_config test

Bug Description

In ut test: test_get_volume_filter_options_using_config, there is using
'self.override_config('resource_query_filters_file', {'volume': filter_list})' to reset the config value, but it's not right since resource_query_filter_file should be a string of file path.

Now, this causes the IOError 'No such file or directory' when running this test in my local environment.
