storwize_svc_multipath_enabled doesn't work for ibm/storwize_svc driver

Bug Description

No matter set true or false, configure item 'storwize_svc_multipath_enabled' acts as true for ibm/storwize_svc driver. Multiple WWPNs are returned after initialize_connection.

Is it possible that the setting is being affected by nova.conf and has gone the direction of iSCSI multipath?

it seems that you are using iSCSI? if yes, enable multipath or not is controlled by connector, in other word, it is controlled by Nova. https://github.com/openstack/cinder/blob/master/cinder/volume/drivers/ibm/storwize_svc/storwize_svc_iscsi.py#L161
