Bug Description
The new ui is an exercise in scrolling through many pages to get to useful charm info. I'm often paging down 5 to 7 time per charm to see things like config, interfaces, hooks, when it was last changed ie. core charm info. That's an exercise in frustration and whitespace.

I think I agree that this is a problem. I off handedly suggested that we link with fragments so that I don't need to hunt for what I know exists. Would we consider a toc with links to the common parts of the page?
