Search engines cannot find important content

Kapil and I have discussed this before on the phone, but basically, our search results are garbage because we don't tell search engines what's important on the site, We need to generate a sitemap:

http://www.sitemaps.org/protocol.html

Please think of ways to use the optional fields as well, for example we should consider raising the priority fields of the current LTS release vs. the interim releases, and an official charm should have the highest priority over personal branches.

To test, open your browser in privacy mode and search for "juju charm wordpress", as of now the top three results are:

1. The oneiric wordpress charm
2. marcoceppi's personal wordpress charm branch for precise
3. The official precise wordpress charm

I'm sure there's a bunch of other tweaks we can do, hence this tracking bug
