Documentation doesnt work - deployment

I'm trying to produce a website with django, with juju.

So I tried follow the documentation here:

When I come here:

Example: Deploying using a site template

I try:

juju deploy --config mydjangosite.yaml mydjangosite

That doesn't work at all

Now I get this:

$ juju deploy --config mydjangosite.yaml python-django mydjangosite

ERROR cannot resolve charm URL "cs:xenial/mydjangosite": cannot get "/xenial/mydjangosite/meta/any?include=id&include=supported-series&include=published": Get https://api.jujucharms.com/charmstore/v5/xenial/mydjangosite/meta/any?include=id&include=supported-series&include=published: dial tcp 162.213.33.122:443: getsockopt: no route to host
