should expose handlersocket in charm

considering how different the use case is from a typical mysql, it might be useful to expose this as a separate formula, depends on how much it can rely on the existing functionality and to be added replication of the existing mysql formula.

handlersocket is just a different protocol for accessing MySQL. In Natty
and later you just apt-get install handlersocket-mysql-5.1 and restart
mysql, and you have handlersocket functionality. Adding a few config
items will enable its built in very basic auth system (user:pass for
read and/or write only operation).

Having it as a different formula would mean you couldn't use it when
you write an app that uses mysql in both ways.
