Bug Description
MySQL root password stored in the peer relation does not work. I retrieved it like this:
$ juju run --unit mysql/0 "relation-ids cluster"
cluster:23
$ juju run --unit mysql/0 "relation-get -r cluster:23 -- - mysql/0"
and used "mysql.passwd" key.
