Bug Description
Juju-gui does not populate with env data. Juju env is bootstrapped, juju-gui deploys to env, but does not populate with bootstrapped environment data.
JS console shows http://
Looks like juju-gui is requesting the endpoint of .76 instead of the bootstrap node's address of .151.
