Code to get plugins doesn't work because URL changed

I'm trying to use the charm and install some plugins. However, the install hook tries to get plugins with:

wget $opts --timestamping $PLUGINS_SITE/latest/$plugin.hpi

and the URL from the http://updates.jenkins-ci.org site had changed. Now, plugins are in:

http://updates.jenkins-ci.org/download/plugins/

not in 'latest' directory. And, to turn a little bit complicated, in this new URL we have a lot of plugins with case sensitive names, and these names are directories with another directory inside, with the version. For example:

http://updates.jenkins-ci.org/download/plugins/ant/1.1/ant.hpi

Is there a site where we can get all the .hpi files?
