Bug Description
The current version of the hive2 charm code does not properly read "source" in config-changed. This breaks the user experience if they set "source" after the install hook is run the new source value will not get picked up.
We should read all configuration variables in config-changed and deal with them appropriately.

agreed with all your findings. However this charm will be replaced with a
new charm called apache-hive, which is currently under development. This
charm was originally done for demo purpose only, old hive charm didn't work
with hadoop 2.x.
