apache2 keyError on deploy

Bug Description

When attempting to deploy apache2 related to wordpress. It fails to deploy with the following traceback.

apache2 is deployed on bare metal with mysql and wordpress is on another machine.

effects me too.

completely uninstallable.. and it wont uninstall after it is brought in.. so i have to remove the entire controller and make a new one, else apache2 just stays there and says it can't do anything because of a key error.
