The zookeeper charm now has tests and should be included as a trusty charm.

This fails when run in automated infrastructure, config-changed exists with a > 0 status.

Thanks for the review Marco. It seems that we needed to add a symbolic link to zookeeper-common. I ran the tests on my machine and they all pass now. PASS: 3 Total: 3 (77.829852 sec)

The latest automated test reports that these tests passed on HP-cloud and AWS, but fail with a timeout on LXC. Looks to me like the LXC is an anomaly. Please review as is and let me know if there are any other chagnes or suggestions. Thanks!
