K8s validation suite doesnt run on jammy

Currently the project requires CFFI 1.14.5 because of ansible (and ansible-collections). For python 3.8 (focal) CFFI packages the required files with the package, but for python 3.10 those files must be built from source. to build those, the package libffi-dev is required on the system.

Please update the package requirements so that the test suite can be run without requiring additional package installs.
