Bug Description
charm help gives the list of subcommands... but doesn't tell you how to get help about them. I tried charm help <command>, but that just shows the same list of subcommands.
At the very least, charm help should show how to get help about a specific command.
It would probably be nice to make charm help <command> show the help for that command, but it's less necessary if we do the above.
