create charm can't create in current directory

There's basically no way for charm create to create in the current directory. This is what I expected charm create . to do. But instead it creates a subdirectory. This in unintuitive to me. . means do it here. If I wanted it in a subdirectory, I'd do charm create ./foo.

I expect it to work more like git, where by default it creates the subdirectory, but if you give it a specific directory, it just dumps the files in that directory.
