Tempest-26 charm
Trusty

It seems tempest is stuck. we see the following message in the unit log, but no further test actions are taken:

I confirm that the code uses the novaclient incorrectly, but not that it bails out from tests?

@cgregan: So I can re-create the bug, have you got a bundle or other config info that you used to do the testing. e.g. flavors you used, images for nova, juju options on the charms that were deployed. Thanks.
