Per-instance graphs fail to show the instances

On the per-instance graphs, for instance "Instance Network Throughput," the instance name is being dropped from the query and the wrong name is being used on the legend.

Queries start with

sum without(domain,

but that "domain" is actually the instance. On the other hand, the legends are:

rx: {{dns_name}}: {{name}}

but there is no "name" label.

domain label should be kept and name should be changed to domain.
