Bug Description
Given the upstream project's inability to keep up with ceph versions, we should provide a deprecation notice in the README of this charm and potentially remove focal series from support, as this charm requires running ceph-mon in an insecure configuration on Ussuri and will not support Wallaby+ clouds as noted in other bugs.
