Bug Description

At hooks/nrpe_relations.py mysql charm has:

    nrpe.add_check(
        shortname='mysql',
        description='Check MySQL connectivity',
        check_cmd='check_mysql -u nagios -p {}'.format(nagios_password())
    )

, please add equivalent nrpe checks to percona-cluster.
