Trilio Workload Manager endpoints don't run ssl - don't need cert checks

Bug Description

It appears that the cert checks are enabled on all services regardless of their endpoint URL.

TrilioVaultWLM services don't run https and the cert checks are failing:

Are you using the latest cs revision of the charm? I think it should work on the latest revision, per [1].
