Bug Description
Modify Octavia and Amphora Charms to support Amphora logging to a remote log aggregation target (sys log forwarding): https:/
That would require adding few options to octavia.conf templates and proper vars in config.yaml
Bonus: add user_log_format in [haproxy_amphora] section. Might be useful as suggested by the above docs.
