Bug Description
Hi, because of performance issues, we want to set a higher value for
num_sync_threads in /etc/neutron/

This is also a requirement for the neutron-openvswitch charm

It would be great to have an option to set num_sync_threads.
Or is there a way to set this setting persistently after deployment?

TRIAGE: wishlist as new feature, not because it is not important.
Unfortunately, as the charm writes this config file, there is no way to set it persistently without the charm (at some point in the future) overwriting it.
