Bug Description

The Charm Guide lists the nova-lxd charm as deprecated [1]. As in keeping with other deprecated charms (e.g. [2]), the charm's repository should be emptied and left with a boilerplate README.

Well, it's been left up so that other people can take over the project if they want. If it is shuttered then that will make it harder.
