As per the log[0] kubevirt is not showing registry-location.
Workaround:
Force to re-set the registry-location:
juju config kubernetes-control-plane image-registry=rocks.canonical.com:443/cdk/temp
Wait to finish the configuration and set it again:
juju config kubernetes-control-plane image-registry=rocks.canonical.com:443
Now it is showing the registry:
registry-location: rocks.canonical.com:443/cdk
