Bug Description
When I am testing an environment and wish the admin-password to be set for testing, I would like to then be able to 'juju config keystone --reset admin-password' and have that generate a random, unknown, password for me rather than leave whatever was previously set.
To get the fresh password, we can use juju run --unit keystone/0 leader-get admin_passwd
