Bug Description
Because the changes are still under review, the docker image used in the recipe build for this project is using a personal branch to build from currently. Once the changes have landed we should update the recipe build to use the main branch.

The changes were merged, and I updated the recipe to use the ~telegraf-charmers repo.
Will check that the build works before setting to fix released.
