Bug Description

Allow to set custom nginx fuctionality via a custom annotation list on the peer relation in order to support more advanced use cases.

This project has now moved to https://github.com/canonical/nginx-ingress-integrator-operator/. If this bug is still of interest, please open an issue there (although per the discussions on the MP, this is quite a tricky topic).
