Bug Description
Charm should have a configuration option that would control which version (track/channel) of a juju-lint snap is installed on the units.
By controlling version of installed snap we could influence which rules are used by juju-lint to validate cloud (Because the rules files are bundled with snap).

bug 1987359 will make this one less urgent, though it'd still be a good thing to have the track be configurable.
