Bug Description

http://pythonhosted.org/charmhelpers/getting-started.html gives an example command line for generating an empty charm of "charm create -t python mycharm"

However it then goes on to describe the folder structure more like that of a charm created using the command line "charm create -t python-basic mycharm" with a libs dir, but without the sym links

It looks from the terminal dump like the command specified asks which data structure is required, but this no longer happens.

I ran across this today, the getting started page has several errors that make it very time consuming to try and get setup. Complementing the above error, and on the same page, is a broken link for installing charm-tools.

The current link references: https://juju.ubuntu.com/docs/tools-charm-tools.html
It should reference: https://jujucharms.com/docs/stable/tools-charm-tools

If these two things were fixed, and ideally an explanation of the difference in the "python" and "python-basic" charm setups would be very helpful.
