Bug Description
I redeployed the charm to configure the ssl_ca certificate to allow keystone SSL communication and fix the bindings to internal-space.
However after redeployment I get this error.
Work around is simple enough remove the simplestream bucket using swift CLI.
swift delete simplestreams
