Bug Description
It would be useful for private clouds if we were also able to sync the juju-tools simplestreams, as per https:/
This could save issues with bandwidth usage, and in locations with restrictive firewalls. I'm not sure if it makes sense to include this in the g-s-s charm, or if it should be split out.
