Bug Description
I would like to propose cloudstats collects metrics on charm versions / tracks, pushing them to prometheus.
This would allow us to build alerts if versions fall behind too much, or if we're using non-stable channels.
Additionally, it would provide the basis for building dashboards displaying which applications are in use in a given cloud.
