Bug Description
Currently there is no way to set up availability zone as the parameter in cinder.conf file in volume service.
It is possible however to assign nova-compute services to the particular AZs.
Current approach blocks using the ability to match zones of nova and cinder so that the volumes could be attached accordingly.
