It would be ideal to have the option to change the ReplicaSet using cdk-addons or check the number of the worker nodes to set the ReplicaSet.

I agree that replicas should be configurable, but we'd like to get people off cdk-addons and onto operators, specifically:

We'll need to update that charm to expose replica config, and we'll need to update cdk-addons (possibly k-c-p?) so that when the operator is deployed, cdk-addons disables its built-in ceph management.
