Bug Description
Deploying bionic-queens, according to AlexK train/edge should be the channel to use.
Install fails with
`RuntimeError: Release queens is not supported by this charm. Earliest support is rocky release`

According to the tests and other information, this charm wasn't released at queens, and is only available from rocky.
