Hi,

Samples from net-pollster don't have all instances metadata like ohter instance pollster.

Also the instance_type is the flavor id instead of the flavor name.

Use make_sample_from_instance for net-pollster

The net-pollster doesn't have the same metadata than other pollster.

This change fixes that.

Also the test is modified because if the metering metadata is already
present in instance metadata they are filtered out.
