ubutests fail on a9hf for lack of fakeroot

Bug Description

I have noticed that ubutests fail on a9hf because fakeroot is not present on the board's rootfs.

In addition, the email notification says:
Subject: Linaro-toolchain-builds] [cbuild] Failed: gcc-linaro-4.6-2013.03 cortexa9hfr1 failed

Neither the subject nor the body of the mail mention that ubutest was run.
