Bug Description

When we use a panel set to auto-hide, Cardapio doesn't behave as Ubuntu normal menu
http://img199.imageshack.us/img199/9161/capturecardapio.png against http://img704.imageshack.us/img704/8632/capturebarremenu.png
When the mouse is over Cardapio, the panel hides, but with Ubuntu's default menus bar, the panel doesn't hide.
(On both screenshots the panel bar is at the top)

Not really. I have no idea about how to keep the panel from hiding. I doesn't seem like the panel's API has this capability at all :-/

For reference, this is the panel API: http://library.gnome.org/devel/panel-applet/stable/panel-applet-panel-applet.html
