Bug Description
Certain tweets have the same content, they just change the user I send them to:
1) Welcome tweets.
2) Explaining certain situations
3) RTFM tweets
I'd like my microblogging client to have the ability to save a tweet as a template that I can easily (with a keyboard shortcut, for instance) invoke and use.
