I think this can be closed as obsolete or won't fix now. The click store has been removed from 16.10 and the 16.04 overlay, as we no longer support clicks. The terminal app has been packaged as as deb for the time being, but once we have a new snap store UI available, and all the related apps are packaged there, this should just magically go away I think.

Was brought to my attention that my previous comment might cause some confusion. To clarify, we can no longer support clicks on 16.10 or 16.04+overlay, due to changes in packagekit, and incompatibilities in the ABI due to gcc5 and gcc6. As we are working toward moving to snaps there, we have already removed the click store scope, and are working to bring a snappy store to 16.04+overlay unity8 session.

Since OTA 13 I am not able to install ANY app from the ubuntu store on my BQ E5.
I do click in install, I am asked to confirm access to my UbuntuOne account and thats it, back to the install page.
Is this behavior meant to be? Is that what the discussion above is about?

This bug was something else. You should certainly be able to install apps. Please open a new bug.
