Bug Description
It would be great to have an optional theme installed that users could choose in their user preferences that provides improved support for screen readers. Specifically the SimpleMente theme available here:
moinmo.
This would not need adjusting to fit any particular Ubuntu branding and would not be the default theme. It is source ordered, includes skip link navigation access keys and a plain high contrast visual design for the partially sighted.

I can confirm that a high contrast theme is very desirable for those with low vision. None of the current themes are easy to read for those of us with limited vision. Anything that could be done to expedite this would be greatly appreciated.
