Bug Description
Currently, when somebody tries to register with the email account you are using for your SSO account, you will get a warning email.
If somebody is trying to annoy you, he can try to register many times, you will get many emails, and probably start hating the SSO service. Maybe there should be a way for the user to tell us he doesn't want to receive any more impersonation warnings by mail.
