Bug Description
Ubuntu 17.04 Unity8, ubuntu terminal app from overlay ppa, 0.7.218+
ubuntu-terminal-app resizing the window destroys the tabs (see attaches screenshot)
start the terminal, open some tabs, then resize the window (make it small and then big, you'll see when it is small that the layout changes to "phone" and then when you make it bigger you'll see, tabs missing, or just a transparent region in the tabs bar, also i see negative tabs number (left), see screenshot
