Bug Description
Story: when on uss>bluetooth page with bt on I expect it to start discovering bt devices and list them but looks like is not in discover mode, however I can when using bluetoothctl. Once I start scanning from cli and it starts detecting devices around and they are immediately listed in uss>bluetooth page.
Environment:
unity8-desktop deb on zesty
Steps:
1. Open unity8 session on zesty fresh install on bare metal
2. Go to Uss>bluetooth and turn it on
3. Check if any device is listed
Current result: cannot discover devices from uss>bluetooth UI
Expected result: bt to start discovering when it is turned on and user is on uss>bluetooth page
