document viewer do not open file from web broser and gmail webapp- regression after OTA13 update

Bug Description
I'm on Aquaris E5 with OTA13. Documents are not open from webapp, Example: I select a file (ie email attachment), I'm prompted to choose the application, upon selecting "document viewer" I receive notification of completed download but after selecting "open" the app launch but get stuck at the "Document chronology" page. Document is not open nor it can be retrieved in the Download folder. Document viewer works properly with file saved on the phone.

Are you seeing bug #1588485?
If Document viewer is already not running, it doesn't open a document. First open Document viewer, then try downloading and opening the file.
