Can't capture videos with flo

Hi,

I can't capture videos with my Nexus7 on rc-proposed(v464) .

I can take pictures, but when I change to video mode the image freeze then a pop up dialog appers suggesting me to perform a reboot, but rebooting doesn't fix it. I can reproduce it every time. See the video[1]

(Note: If I go to Telegram and send a video, it works

select a chat
tap on clip
select video
select camera app
capture video
send video)
