Taking screenshots makes sound in Silent Mode

Bug Description

bq aquaris e4.5 Ubuntu Edition, OTA-10.1

Steps to reproduce:
1. Switch Silent Mode on
2. Press volume up and volume down buttons together to do a screenshot

Result: You hear a sound

Expected result: You don't hear a sound

Yes, same for Mx4 - also other sounds too - click in omg Ubuntu webpp, need for sure everything silent mode

Also people think you are using the camera when you hear that, this could be verry unfourtinate depending on where the phone happens to be pointed, could very well be mistaken for another action by those around you...

Actually you can disable the screenshot sound as a workaround, but it's a bit nasty. Take a screenshot and as you hear the sound, press and hold the down-volume. The volume slider will appear. Keep the button down until you get to the bottom. Next time you take a screenshot it will be silent.

@popey It's the same if you move to the left the slide on the volume tap from the top bar.

This is as intended, similar to the camera which has its own control, so I do not think we will change this behavior.
Fixing bug #1572053 would be the way

still need a master mute... "silent" should turn off all sound...

Or possibally we could expose further sound controls as they are active, or shown most recently played in the sound indicator

Right now they are controlled separate, but there is no visual separation - and short temporary sounds are difficult to "catch" ex the click sound in the OMG! Ubuntu web app, had to click on links and quickly press volume down several times.
