STEPS:
1. Flash the latest rc-proposed to a tablet
2. Open the camera app
EXPECTED:
I expect the app loading icon to be in the right orientation to the device
ACTUAL:
The icon is rotated 90° to the left

By "tablet" you mean a Nexus 7? That info is relevant.
